About InsightOut
InsightOut helps organisations understand what is really going on in the workplace. Through conversations — including via WhatsApp — we engage with employees about their experiences, opinions, and ideas. That input is stored securely and translated into accessible insights and concrete action points in an interactive dashboard.
No traditional surveys, but a fresh and disruptive approach to employee feedback that people actually use.
InsightOut is young but already showing clear traction: 5 paid pilots, high employee engagement, and the first organisation-wide rollout in sight. The numbers speak for themselves: 85% actively participate, 92% find it enjoyable and interesting, and 100% want their employer to continue using it.
InsightOut is being built within Achmea Impact Ventures — the venture studio of Achmea — with the goal of independent growth and a spin-out.
The role
InsightOut is looking for an entrepreneurial Founding CPTO who builds a disruptive product and is partly the face of InsightOut externally. This is explicitly a builder role: hands-on building, learning in practice, and making sharp decisions. Not a role for long vision documents without execution.
You build InsightOut together with founder David de Wilde, supported by the in-house team of Achmea Impact Ventures (development, UI/UX, and marketing) and two interns.
The disruptive character of InsightOut: we turn the ‘chore’ of a boring survey into an engaging and connecting moment for employees. You make sure that digital experience — from channel to conversation to feedback — stays human and accessible, even as we scale and automate.
What you’ll do
- Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap
- Lead developers, designers, and data/science specialists
- Balance speed, quality, and human experience
- Make build-or-buy decisions
- Represent InsightOut externally at pitches, client conversations, and partnerships
Top 3 priorities — first 6 months
- Shape the product vision for scale: AI vs. human, build-or-buy, channel choices
- Get the MVP dashboard live with a B2B client in Q1 — an organisation of ~500 employees
- Build accessible feedback loops: from conversation data to concrete insights and actions, with feedback that works for employees too — short, clear, almost “Wrapped”-like

- Development roadmap and architecture for scaled product delivered

What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- You have previously built and launched a B2B product — from MVP to real users
- You can demonstrably move from vision to execution: prioritising, making decisions, and delivering
- You have experience with insights or dashboard products in a B2B context where raw data is translated into actionable insights
- You can lead a small product and tech team in a fast-paced environment with limited resources
- You take ownership of privacy, security, and compliance in a B2B context
