The first three months are all about de-risking. We identify every red flag and go after the scariest ones first. Together we identify a real customer problem, test the riskiest assumptions, and prove that people are not only interested but willing to pay. The goal: early traction backed by data, not opinions
Once the problem and customer base are validated, we focus on building the right solution and setting up a scalable model. This phase is about refining your value proposition, optimizing user acquisition, and strengthening your core team. The goal: reach product market fit and prepare for your next growth investment.
Congrats! Your startup is ready to stand on its own. We provide up to €250K runway (CLA) to fuel your next steps. After spin-out, when you secure growth funding, our investment converts to equity, always as a minority stake (up to 30%). You keep the majority.
