What is GuestButler?
GuestButler is a smart guest communication platform that automates up to 80% of repetitive guest questions using AI. Delivered through WhatsApp, the tool provides low-barrier, always-on support for travelers—boosting satisfaction while saving time for hosts and property managers. But it’s not just automation—it’s a digital “buddy” for guests that makes their stay more pleasant.
Why did you create GuestButler?
The idea came from my own experience. As someone renting out a holiday home, I noticed how time-consuming and repetitive guest communication could be. Even my local property manager was overwhelmed with the same recurring questions. So I asked myself: Can’t we do this smarter—with AI and WhatsApp?And that’s how GuestButler was born.
Do we really need another AI tool?
I get the question, but we’re not just jumping on the AI bandwagon—we’re using it to solve a real problem. Repetitive questions are mundane but important. AI allows you to respond instantly without sounding robotic. Our tool even adapts its tone to feel more like a person than a bot.
