People with (or at risk of) type 2 diabetes often lack clear insight into how food affects their blood sugar levels. Clear.bio offers a 12-week programme with a continuous glucose sensor, an app that maps food responses, and personal coaching by dietitians. The programme is already reimbursed through diabetes care programmes in cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven.
