Lekker Bezig

My startup is called Lekker Bezig in Dutch. In English, I would call it ‘Way to Go’. It’s a platform where we offer all kinds of courses, workshops and trainings in physical, mental and financial fitness—a place where companies can give their employees easy access to resources that help them grow personally and professionally.

Lekker Bezig started as a service from Centraal Beheer. But now we operate independently with our own team, our own profit-and-loss responsibility, and we can’t rely on Centraal Beheer’s financial infrastructure anymore. We have to earn our own revenue, attract our own clients—and honestly, that’s way more exciting!

That’s actually simple. If you work at a company, there’s always something you want to improve: your physical condition, your mental health, your professional skills. But most companies don’t offer that. That’s where we come in. We make sure both personal and professional growth are available to the employee.
