We take the first step by testing if your idea is viable and aligned with Achmea’s focus areas. we focus on digital solutions, ideas and startups that can scale without hardware, physical products, or complex manufacturing.
We agree on a clear investment, set timelines, and define concrete goals. So we both know what it takes to move your venture forward.
In the first three months, we help founders validate their assumptions. Together we identify a real customer problem, test the riskiest assumptions, and prove that people are not only interested, but willing to pay. The goal: turn an idea into early traction, backed by data, not opinions.
Once the problem and customer base are validated, we focus on building the right solution and setting up a scalable model. This phase is about refining your value proposition, optimizing user acquisition, and strengthening your core team. The goal: reach product market fit and prepare for your next growth investment.
Congrats! Your startup is ready to stand on its own. We provide up to €250K runway (CLA) to fuel your next steps. After spin-out, when you secure growth funding, our investment converts to equity, always as a minority stake (up to 30%). You keep the majority.
