How we work

We run a lean, experiment-driven venture studio. We don’t start by building a product. We start with a problem, and we don’t assume we know the answer. Instead, we test our way to one. Fast.

Every assumption becomes an experiment: what do we believe, how will we test it, how do we measure it, and when do we call it a success? Lean startup at its core. No gut feelings, no endless debates. Just evidence.

Metrics matter a lot. Not to be rigid, but to stay sharp. They tell us if we’re actually solving a problem or building something that looks nice. What’s the cheapest, fastest way to learn the most?

One thing that might surprise you: we don’t ask users what they want. We bring together a diverse, multidisciplinary team of experts who shape a solution together, then test whether it actually works for real people.

The journey: Nine months. Three phases. One mission: build something people love and pay for.

MONTHS 1 – 3

Validate the problem

A product lead helps you shape experiments and hunt red flags. The key quesion: is this problem worth solving? You get a budget and decide where it goes.

MONTHS 3- 9

Build and grow

Grow the team on your terms: roles, culture fit, fast hiring. The goal: real users who pay. Payment is the ultimate proof.

MONTH 9+

Spinout

€8K MRR. Your venture has grown into an independent company. You keep 70 – 80% equity, plus up to €250k runway. You built it. You own it.

You’re the founder. You’re in the lead. We won’t tell you what to do; but we will be critical, challenge your assumptions, and push you to test rather than guess. We set goals together. How you get there is up to you.

An experimental mindset. Every assumption is a hypothesis. Be willing to be wrong. The fastest path to something great is finding out what doesn’t work.

Problem obsession over solution love. Fall in love with the problem, not your first idea for a fix. Solutions evolve. Great problems are worth fighting for.

Full commitment. This is not a side project. Intense, energising, sometimes uncomfortable. That’s how the best ventures come to life.
